United Way of Franklin County is looking for an Executive Assistant in its Greenfield office.
Job requirements include experience handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks. Daily responsibilities will range from preparing internal and external documents, organizing special events, website and database management, posting on social media, and producing communications for various working committees. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and maintain the ability to work independently and with a high level of professionalism.
Associates degree required. Social Media experience required.
Excellent oral and written communication and technology skills required.
This is a full time (35 hours), benefitted position with occasional evenings and/or weekends required.
