Full-time Opening Northfield Mount Hermon seeks a dynamic self starter to provide administrative support to the Admission Office.
This position serves as part of the relationship coordination team to ensure a positive experience for prospective families.
The position supports the operational functions associated with the admission process for families, performs data entry duties, and provides administrative support for the office as needed.
The successful applicant will have an Associates degree or equivalent experience and at least 2-4 years administrative support experience.
Candidates must have the ability to process and hold confidential information and present a professional demeanor in a fast paced, service oriented office.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google applications, and database software is desired.
Additional qualifications include the ability to work collaboratively with a team, as well as being a self-starter capable of working independently.
Must be able to work occasional weekends and overtime as needed.
Candidates should have a demonstrated interest in making a positive impact on the lives of adolescents and embrace the opportunity to work with a diverse community in a boarding school environment.
