Northfield Mount Hermon seeks an energetic individual to carry-out campus custodial services.
Responsibilities include general cleaning, floor cleaning, rubbish and recycling removal, building maintenance, the provision of occasional set-up and moving services for the school and school events, and other duties as assigned.
The successful applicant will have excellent interpersonal skills, and outstanding organizational and communication skills.
Two to three years previous experience preferred.
The ability to communicate and work well with adolescents is required.
Additional qualifications include the ability to work collaboratively with a team, as well as being a self-starter capable of working independently.
This position requires the ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform repetitive motion tasks.
Occasional overtime may be required. Applicants must possess a demonstrated interest in making a positive impact on the lives of adolescents and to work with a diverse student body in a boarding school environment.
