The incumbent is a proactive executive with strong experience in the healthcare payer/provider market, health population management or healthcare services who is well networked within the employer benefits or provider space, and has a deep understanding of their needs to better manage cost, outcomes and Accountable Care components. This role is responsible for the overall relationship with a defined portfolio of clients, the continued growth of the business, and working to ensure the VBC strategy is implemented and goals for the company are met. This position may require working closely with other Practice staff to oversee, develop and maintain client relationships, including mentoring and guiding members of the Practice staff. In addition to actively expanding current client relationships and creating new long term partnerships, this individual will ensure that VBC delivers on contract commitments and maintains the highest levels of client satisfaction.
