We're looking for two experienced leaders to head up our team at a longstanding residential program for men with developmental disabilities.

As Program Director, you'll be responsible for overseeing the program and facilitating its overall success.
You have tremendous personal integrity, and at least three years of experience working with people who are differently abled, with one or more years in a supervisory role.
An excellent program developer and communicator, you're both a savvy team builder and team player.
Your Bachelor's degree has prepared you well for this work, and you have solid organizational and computer skills.
This is a full-time/40 hour-a-week, Monday-Friday position, with some night and weekend flexibility needed, and we offer a starting salary of $40,000-42,000.
As Site Manager, you'll collaborate with the Program Director to make sure everything is running smoothly, and will be the go-to person for day to day operations of the program.
Working side by side with direct care staff, you will assist residents with their personal care, drive them to appointments and events, and coordinate recreational activities.
You will also oversee meal preparation and will make sure the home is kept safe, clean, and comfortable.
Your computer and office skills are strong, as is your ability to manage multiple tasks and make it look easy!
And in addition to your high school diploma or its equivalent, it would be great if you also have a college degree in a related field.
This is a 35-hour-a-week position, with variable hours on days and evenings, and we offer a competitive salary.
To assure the safety of everyone in the house, all leaders and staff must have their driver's license, be physically able to perform CPR, and be MAP certified within 6 months of employment.
So we provide free training in First Aid, CPR, the Medication Administration Program (MAP), Applied Non-Violence, and more.
