As the sales leader of APAC, you will be accountable for delivering on regional revenue targets by effectively managing go to market plans & establishing new business prospects across our team. This hands-on role is responsible for identifying and securing new revenue opportunities, while working with key internal stakeholders to deliver and support long-term regional success. Expected results are attainment of revenue, profitability, and forecast accuracy goals established with APAC MD and senior management.You are a master relationship builder, sales leader, and creative problem solver.

You are versed in the agency landscape in your territory, with key relationships already established. ResponsibilitiesOwn, meet and exceed the regional revenue target. Management of APAC sales team (made up of Sales and Customer Success team based in Sydney and Singapore)Create and implement sales plans and tools that increase performance by the sales staffManage APAC sales' pipeline and forecasts accurately, setting budgets, revenue goals and MBOs for the sales team both quarterly and annually.Work with the Outbrain APAC MD and leadership team on strategy and.Develop relationships with key media and marketing executives in APAC - key client relationships, network, personal brand presenceTake lead in responding to RFP’s or new business development, including qualification & win strategySupport the sales team leads to negotiate, close and establish agency agreements with key agency groups as well as with regional resellersUsing knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiatorsAlign Amplify and Engage strategies and teams work; collaborate and sync the teams to create a stronger Outbrain position and results.Work closely with cross-functional teams including HR, Engage, product, finance, legal, marketing, BI, operation and International management.Represent the organisation with industry organisations, in the press, and with other Outbrain teamsProvide strong mentoring and coaching to direct reports and sales representatives (Develop career plans for the team members)To be successful, you will have: University degree or equivalentin Business Administration/Finance/Communication etc.
