The caregiver is a crucial position for those who rely on others for basic daily care, such as bathing, eating, and personal hygiene.
We have immediate openings for Home Health Aides in Bennington, VT and surrounding areas! Weekends, evenings and early mornings (7:00 AM STARTS) are part of these shift requirements! 
No Experience? We offer paid training to qualified candidates!
What you'll do:
<ul>
<li>Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, you'll provide personal care services, household support, and companion care services to help adults stay safe and independent at home.</li>
</ul>
As a BAYADA Caregiver, you'll have the opportunity to develop close relationships with your clients while you help them with:
<ul>
<li>Activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.</li>
<li>Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, etc.</li>
<li>Meal preparation and feeding</li>
<li>Range of motion/exercises</li>
<li>Assisting with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices)</li>
<li>Medication reminders</li>
</ul>

BAYADA Hospice is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN required) in our Norwich, VT Hospice location to lead care teams committed to delivering the finest hospice services in the country. As a Hospice Nurse Manager, you will share your vision by leading a hospice interdisciplinary team and ensuring excellent clinical and social care. You will develop relationships within the community and local facilities, collaborate with other hospice providers, and recruit core hospice team members. This unique position allows you to keep your clinical skills strong, while at the same time developing relationships and leadership skills.

Responsibilities for a Hospice RN Nurse Manager:
<ul>
<li>Support the team by providing clinical guidance and judgment to promote understanding of and response to patient and family needs</li>
<li>Participate in Performance Improvement &amp; Quality Assurance activities</li>
<li>Develop and mentor future hospice leaders</li>
</ul>
Qualifications for Hospice RN Nurse Manager:
<ul>
<li>Passion for focusing on hospice care (Former Hospice experience required)</li>
<li>Desire to lead an interdisciplinary care team</li>
<li>Registered Nurse, BSN or Masters preferred</li>
<li>Management experience strongly preferred. </li>
</ul>
Compensation: 

<ul>
<li>Base Salary: $95,000-$100,000 / year depending on qualifications, </li>
<li>$20,000 Sign on Bonus</li>
<li>Quarterly bonus opportunity available based on key metrics</li>
