3. Ensures that all childcare licensing requirements per the NH Childcare Licensing Bureau are implemented. 
4.Ensures a healthy, safe environment, with well-maintained facilities, equipment, and supplies. 
Resource Development 
5.Participates in the grant application process providing ideas for funding programs and other services. 
6.Assists with fundraising events and initiatives. 
7.Develop and increase the visibility of the Club programs through daily schedule posting, event announcements, and dissemination of information through advertising, flyers, and press releases. 
Relationships/Partnership Development/Public Relations 
8. Maintains close, daily contact with Club staff (professional and volunteer), Club members, and supervisors to receive/provide information discuss issues, explain or interpret guidelines/instructions; instruct, advise/counsel. 
9. Maintains professional contact with community members, community leaders and organizations, Club parents, and others to assist in resolving situations and in order to develop and maintain partnerships. Develops and maintains public relations to increase the visibility of programs, services, and activities within the Club and the community. 
Management Administration 
11.Evaluate and report on the Site programs and progress once a month. 
12.Leads recruitment, retention, and public outreach efforts for partners, volunteers, members, and parents. 
13.Reports on grants as needed. 
14.Ensures administrative and operational systems are in place to maintain the operation of the physical properties and equipment of the Club. 
15.Effectively manages a budget; controls expenditures against budget. 
16.Compiles regular reports reflecting all activities, attendance, and participation. 
17.Recruits, manages and provides career development opportunities for site staff and volunteers. Conducts regular staff meetings. Requirements Site Directors in a school-age program must be at least 20 years of age, have a high school diploma or general equivalency diploma, and have at least one of the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of an associate's degree in child development, education, recreation, or another field of study focused on children, awarded by a regionally accredited college or university; or 2. Certificate of successful completion of training as a recreation director plus 1,000 hours of experience working with children in a licensed child care program, recreation program, or elementary school; or 3. A total of 12 credits in child development, education, recreation, or another field of study focused on children, from a regionally accredited college, plus 1,000 hours of experience working with children; or 4. Current certification as an educator by the New Hampshire Department of Education; or 5. Experience working with children totaling 2,000 hours and the following: a. Current certification as a Para-educator II by the New Hampshire Department of Education; or b. Both of the following: 1. Documentation of enrollment in a course for at least three credits in child development, education, recreation, or another field of study focused on children through a regionally accredited college or university and a written plan on file for completion of at least three additional credits as specified; and 2. Within 12 months of the date the individual begins working as a site director, documentation of successful completion of a total of at least six credits as specified in (b)(1) shall be on file for review by the department; or 6. Written documentation from or on file with the department that she or he was qualified and employed as a site director in a school-age program on or before the effective date of these rules. <li>3:30 PM – 1:00 AM</li>
<li>Possible Saturdays as needed</li>

Pay Rate:

<li>$18.00 per hour</li>

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Truss Assembler to join our 2nd shift production team. This role involves assembling wood trusses according to specifications while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assemble wood trusses using hand tools, nail guns, and machinery</li>
<li>Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and production instructions</li>
<li>Measure, cut, and position lumber accurately</li>
<li>Ensure quality and structural integrity of assembled trusses</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment</li>
<li>Meet production goals and work efficiently as part of a team</li>
<li>Follow all safety policies and procedures</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Previous manufacturing or construction experience preferred </li>
<li>Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions</li>
<li>Reliable attendance and punctuality</li>
<li>Ability to work overtime and Saturdays when required</li>
</ul>

Job Title:&nbsp;Gravotech Engraver Shift:&nbsp;1st&nbsp;Shift (7:00am - 3:45pm) Job Summary: The Engraver is responsible for operating automated engraving machines and adjusting software to personalize badges, nameplates, medals, and other custom metal products. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to interpret customer specifications to ensure high-quality, custom-engraved products that meet company standards. Responsibilities:

<li>Operate computer-aided engraving machines</li>
<li>Interpret customer orders, work tickets, and design files to engrave products accurately.</li>
<li>Set up jobs using engraving software and fixtures; verify fonts, spellings, layouts, and positioning.</li>
<li>Inspect finished engraved items for accuracy, clarity, and finish quality.</li>
<li>Coordinate with customer service and production teams on special orders and deadlines.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of completed work and job documentation.</li>
<li>Assist with layout and design changes as needed based on customer or supervisor input.</li>
<li>Ensure engraved products meet quality control standards and company guidelines.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:

<li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>
<li>Previous experience in engraving, jewelry making, or precision metalwork preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail, spelling, and layout accuracy.</li>
<li>Comfortable working with small parts and operating fine-detail machinery.</li>
<li>Basic computer skills and the ability to learn specialized engraving software.</li>
<li>Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.</li>
