The Administrative Assistant performs all administrative responsibilities in an office setting for a fast paced and high volume, but professional office environment. This position requires close interaction with management, sales, and clients therefore exceptional interpersonal skills must be demonstrated. Ideal candidate for this position is one who excels in a team environment, can perform tasks in a group or individual setting, not easily overwhelmed, excellent time manager, communicates effectively in all mediums including verbal, written, and presentations. Candidate must be goal oriented, solution driven, and willing to perform team tasks within and outside of traditional office role.
