Sandri Energy is seeking a dynamic and aggressive Service Manager for our busy HVAC division.
Primary duties include personnel management and development and setting and implementing departmental budgets, standards, and operational practices to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction and retention.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with some postsecondary training via trade school, college, apprenticeship, and/or military training.
Current professional licensure/certification in the HVAC trade, OSHA 10, and EPA are strongly preferred.
The selected candidate will need to demonstrate leadership ability, excellent communication/negotiation skills, and in depth knowledge and understanding of the technical and business aspects of the HVAC industry.
A pre-employment background check and driving history will be required.
