Home Repair Program Coordinator Coordinate & possibly do home repairs for low-income households to address health, safety, accessibility & other needs.Duties include:
client enrollment, spec writing, awarding bids/contracts, document prep, contractor supervision, QC, recordkeeping/reporting, & possibly repair work for someone with suitable skills/experience.
Requires: 5 yrs construction-related exp, including hands-on work, spec writing, cost estimating & contracting; knowledge of building codes/regs; good communication, organizational, writing, & computer skills; ability to relate to low-income clients.
24-40 hrs/wk depending on whether doing direct repairs.
